More Information Riverdale, Utah commercial flat roof single ply membrane  project This project was a perfect fit for our single ply of choice, IB Roof Systems 80 mil single ply membrane with rigid iso insulation.   Click pictures for larger image.   This roof has two sections, each with a built up roof (BUR) with gravel system that had been repaired multiple times in the past.   The gravel was removed, along with the old roof system to allow us to fully inspect the wood substrate for damage.   Equipment and material being loaded. After any necessary replacement, the substrate is prepared for installation of new IB Roof System CPA single ply membrane. Installation of the new single ply membrane in progress.  Mechanically fastened with hot air welded seams. Project near completion on this upper section.
