The Schindler Roofing Chopped Fiberglass Emulsion Roofing standard system is a multi-ply, seamless, renewable system, built off a foundation of a betonite clay type asphalt emulsion in accordance with ASTM D-1227-87 TypeIII.
This type of system has been used for over 60 years, our particular choice of application for 40+ years
The Chopped Fiberglass Monoform system is manufactured in place (on site) which makes it easily adaptable to the particular roof penetrations and unique roof structure configurations. This also allows us to add extra reinforcement where necessary. With the application of reflective coatings, this system will reduce the heat build up inside your structure caused by heat absorption.
With the selection of the Schindler Roofing Chopped Fiberglass Monoform System, your money is allocated to the renovation of a waterproofing system, installation of UV protection coating, without the expense of tearing off the old roof.
The Chopped Fiberglass System can be applied over most existing roof systems after remediation and surface preparation. There are exceptions to this rule, saturated substrates, or structural integrity issues which would require the removal of existing materials.
We are able to cut out the middle man since we manufacture your roof on site. Because of our purchasing power and equipment, we are able to buy our base materials directly from the manufacturer, the savings are passed on to you.
Upon expiration of the Chopped Fiberglass System (minimum of 12 to 20 years expected to be much longer), it is easly renewable for another cost effective, 12 to 20 year warrantied period which is not possible with most other systems.
