This South Ogden home had a low sloped roof with two layers of shingles installed. there were multiple leaks, and the structural integrity was questionable in areas.  Click the picture to view a larger image.

 Upon removal of the shingle layers, the structural damage was confirmed.

 More structural damage confirmed upon exposure of the trusses.  The truss repairs were completed and roof substrate installed.

 Careful attention is paid installing flashing details.
